Have read mixed reviews, anyone been so I can get a good idea of what to expect. Think Trip advisor is great but too much info can make your head spin!!

Hi, Stayed there last year in June was good just make sure you get a deluxe room and make sure its not near the laneway as it is really loud due to the gay nightclub district out the front. Its great for location eg shopping, partying and beach wise the hotel has a nice pool. Dont bother with a superior room we upgraded they were horrible old mouldy rooms.
There are better hotels than this around though closer to the beach eg holiday Inn, Patong Merlin etc. It depends on what your looking for. Have you thought about staying in Kata or Karon they have stunning beaches lovely restuarants etc but if you are into partying patong would be better for you.
Have a look on wotif or latestays phuket websites there are some excellent deals on offer for accom

It%26#39;s a large high rise hotel close to the nighlife and shopping area if that is what you are looking for and want to stay in Patong. It is convenient if you want a place near the bars and clubs and the shopping.
Ddepends what you are looking for and how you want to spend your vacation.
