I arranged a private speedboat from Phi Phi to Ko Yao, also Ko Yao to Phuket for me %26amp; my party (6 persons) through the hotel we were using on Ko Yao.

Maybe ask you hotel in Krabi if you have one?

Also i have seen speedboat hire abvertised %26amp; available on Phi Phi when we stayed. Unfortunately i cannot remember the names of the companies.

I think you will be looking anywhere from 8000 Baht up to 12000 Baht for private hire (only max 1000 Baht each when split between 12 persons!)
