Where to go???

Heading to Thailand in June for roughly 2 weeks and was wondering where is a good spot for kids.

My son is 12 and is usually permanently bored so somewhere that has a bit of life in the evenings would be good and may save mine and my husband%26#39;s sanity. We%26#39;ve never been before, it%26#39;s usually Spain for us, so this is going to be very different. Is there much for kids in Thailand????

I%26#39;m assuming you are free to travel around as you dont say in your message any particular area.

For me with a 12 year old I would do Bangkok for 4 days and then head to Jomtien Area of (Pattaya) or to Phuket.

There%26#39;s as much in Thailand at night for kids as there is in Spain and kids are welcome almost everywhere.

That%26#39;s great, thanks. We had been planning on Bangkok for a couple of days and were trying to decide if we should go to Phuket or Koh Samui as they had been suggested to us.

The most important part though is knowing that kids are welcome in most places by night as I don%26#39;t fancy having to sit in my hotel room for two weeks, thanks for your help.
