Hi All
We%26#39;re going to Thaniland in just 2 days (Can%26#39;t wait!!), and wanted to get the prepayed card to load with cash - as our current Debit cards are listed as %26#39;cards from hell%26#39; if using abroad!
The charges for using prepayed cards at ATM%26#39;s in Thailand are minimal (拢1.50 for ATM or free if paying in shops etc), but we don%26#39;t know which one to take - in Euro, US or Sterling?
Sterling is the only one you need to pay for when loading money, but US and Euro - would need to convert the money here, and then again when using to take out baht.
Any advice on that?
Thanks!
Best currency card for Thailand??exactly you have answered your own question - USD and Euro would involve two transactions - from sterling when you purchase then again to baht when you use. I would stick to sterling.
