budget hotel/guesthouse pratanum area

I have a question and maybe one of you guys/girls now a good place. We want to stay from 18 july to 23 july in the pratunam area of bangkok, does anyone know a good place too sleep for an affordable price.

Budget around 1000 baht a night(cheaper the better)

You could try the First Hotel. Other Hotels in the area are Grand Diamond, Indra Regent and Baiyoe Tower

But these are probably over 1000. Try and surf for a good deal on these hotles. The Amari Watergate sialso in the region but is quite expensive.

I have not been to First Hotel, but reading the reviews I would definitely not stay there!

All Seasons Bangkok Siam is cheap and doesn%26#39;t look too bad from the pictures and reviews.

I would recommend the Opera Hotel which is on the same street as the First Hotel. There are cheaper hotels and guesthouses around but I would not recommend them for your comfort or safety.

The walk-in rate is 1100 Baht. The hotel is old but the rooms are large and they have been refurbished last year. There is a nice pool and a good restaurant on site.

In the same area and price-range is the PJ Watergate Hotel, which is more than acceptable for the price.

The Baiyoke Boutique hotel is a great place too, and if you stay there you are free to use all the facilities at the Baiyoke Sky Hotel next door. It%26#39;s about 1500-1800 a night but they have special offers sometimes. Ask for a room facing the street, as there is a noisy train line behind the hotel.

BTW if you are just looking for a cheap place near the skytrain and the central shopping centres, there are cheaper hotels near National Stadium BTS.

If you want to stay on location Pratunum budget aroung 1000 baht.I recommented First House Bangkok.It location of the hotel is wonderful. Near the Pratunam Night Market, Wholsale Market, Platinum Fashion Mall and BTS Skytrain is just 20-30 walking distance. The taxi, tuk tuk and food can be easily find around the hotel.Badget aroung 1000 baht.

Thank you for all your tips. does anyone know perhaps the distance between the bangkok palace hotel on City Square, 1091 /336 New Petchburi Rd., Bangkok 10400, Thailand and the All Seasons Bangkok Siam. We have friends staying on the bangkok and we want to stay closeby
