You have made a good choice i have travelled with etihad they are a very good airline.

hi; hubby and i are travelling with etihad also;hear they are very good .we are from belfast to.as you would see from my name.going in april.cheers

Dont worry all ,great airline .have flown with them about a dozen times,only been delayed once and that was for 1 hour.Movies on the plane are great,service nearly always very good,newish planes and i find the cabin crew professional.enjoy your flight,i will am also going back in april

Etihad are as good if not better than most airlines, and that includes Emirates, great airline imo.

Flown with them before and flying with them again on March 4th, they are a great airline and Abu Dhabi is not a bad airport to be in transit through either ver easy!

Flew with Etihad as well and am satisfied with their level of service.

The seating arangement on their airbusses is not very comfortable for a 6 hour flight though.

But their boeings are better.

Flew Etihad a few months back in business class to LHR from BKK.

The area around my seat stank of rotting fish, food was inedible, wine choices like seemed to be suited to the palate of a 13 year old kid.

AD airport lounge is stuffy, crowded and hot.

Asked for an orange juice (skipped food and slept) just before arriving LHR and was given a dirty glass.

I still have the return coupon, and despite 3 further returns to thailand since can%26#39;t bring myself to suffer them again.

Customer service unhelpful, said they would credit 10K miles - which they never did.

They are cheap though, but now I know why!
