i know i%26#39;m in the wrong forum but can%26#39;t get much info on

hotels around the 2000 baht mark, where the hotel is in an area with bars and resturaunts.

Chaweng Beach %26amp; Lamai are the 2 most popular areas on Samui so there will be a greater range in those areas.

Also you might check out the Bophut area,it`s also an area with some hotels (not sure if there are too many in your range though but plenty of eating %26amp; drinking options

I recommeted Samui Orchid Resort %26amp; Aquarium.After staying in three different places, this was the best; nice own beach and pool, really good breakfast, quiet and relaxing environment, broad room with balcony, nice good restaurant close by and cute animals in the yard... Only minus was that there was not hot water when there should have been
