What are the differences between Khao Lak Bay Resort 1 and 2? They both are right on the beach, they both have swimming pool, sun loungers near the beach... Right? Is one of them in better location than another?
Difference between Khao Lak Bay Resort 1 and 2?
And if I am right, their both bungalows are single bungalows, not double bungalows?
Difference between Khao Lak Bay Resort 1 and 2?
I presume you mean Nang Thong Bay Resorts 1 %26amp; 2? If so, NTB 1 is the original resort, very popular with a lot of repeat bookings. V Good restaurant, pooll and gardens. NTB 2 is a later addition, openong in about November 2007, further dpwm Nang Thong Beach in between the Suwan Palm and the Baan Khas Lak. Same style of bungalows plus pool, more used by longer term renters.
Both wellplaced fpr access to main part of Bang La On.
In some places I have seen it written Khao Lak Bay Resort and some others Nang Thong Bay Resort...
But I think it%26#39;s the same?
Do you know, are the all garden bungalows in both places single type bungalows?
As far as I am aware the garden bungalows at both resort are individual bungalows.
Hi!
We stayed at Nang Thong Beach Resort 2, as opposed to its sister resort Nang Thong Bay Resort 1.
It is lovely, %26amp; located exactly where the others said.
They are both nice, 2 is newer than 1, 1 is closer to the bars %26amp; shops. Both ar eon the beach.
1 has a superb restaurant.
This is a photo taken from outside out Bungalow, we were about 4 rooms from the sea!

Thanks for the info!
Nang Thong Beach Resort 2 looks really lovely :)
Is the swimming pool good for swims or more like for a quick dips for cooling (any comments about the Green Beach%26#39;s pool, that is another place we are thinking of stay)?
AdrianGFC, did you have the Garden Bungalow?
Was there outside shower in your bungalow (I think they have indoor shower/bathroom, but I was wondering if they also have outdoor shower in the Garden Bungalows)?
hi!
We had a Garden Bungalow, 2500 Baht per night over the New Year. The shower was indoors i%26#39;m afraid!
