my wife and 2 young children are arriving in phuket on the 1 july 09 and leaving on or around the 15 sep 09 for other parts of se asia,we are looking around sw phuket preferably kata or karon or even nai harn,our budget is around 50000 baht a month,if any one can give us some advice that would great.

30.000 a month.
Not serviced though, but can pay the maid a small monthly fee to come and clean and pick up the laundry.
