If its only 2 of you a cab is cheaper, just walk out side the airport turn right and walk down to the metered taxi%26#39;s and you will pay around 500 Baht.
The cheapest driver i have seen is around 650 Baht for Airport transfers. We always use a driver as there is usually 4 or more of us.
