Taxi price from Bangkok to Pattaya

How much is a taxi from bangkok airport to Pattaya, and also Sukhumvit to Pattaya? is it the same?

somewhere in the region b1000/1200, cheaper going back from pattaya - so long as you get a public taxi and don%26#39;t take one from the crooks/spivs touting for trade in the arrivals concourse - she may be a pretty girl touting the taxi but she%26#39;s employed by crooks who will charge you 30/50% more

I asked the same question and have used Mr T Taxi now four times in last 15 months. charges 1000 baht for Airport to Pattaya and 900 baht Pattaya to Airport. I think that will cover at least 2 passengers.

All you need to do is email them/him with you flight number arrival time and dates and he will reply with confirmation and contact phone number.

Will stop at one of the many rest points on the way for 7/11 toilets etc. if you ask the driver.

Izzy, we went through the front desk of the Siam 2 days before heading back to a hotel in B%26#39;kok and everyday I kept checking to confirm it would be there on time.For the 3 of us I paid 1200bht.(private car)No Problems.I did see you could get a Taxi From Pattaya to Airport for 800bht.July 08%26#39;.

wow thats very good! this is why we are going to Pattaya to relax without having to catch another plane and cut costs!

I am not sure if you have checked up on Pattaya,but if you are wanting to relax can I suggest maybe Jomtien might be a bit more quiet, and the beach while still not great is a little bit better than Pattaya.Its only a short drive from Pattaya so the fare shouldn%26#39;t be any more...

i know last year that the going price back to Bangkok was 800bt on nearly every corner.

Yes, you can bargin to B1000 from a regular taxi ....make sure if tolls are included in the price or not.

If you want to save some money, Google %26#39;Bells Bus%26#39;, they run services throughout the day from the airport to Pattaya, then a mini bus transfer to your hotel. Price is B200.

We are going in June and I got a quote of 2200 bhats return from www.thelimopattaya.com, which were recommended on this site.

That is airport to pattay then pattaya to hotel in bkk. This seems pretty good to me. Might be worth checking out.

Definitely recommend Mr T Taxi, just used them this past weekend for 1st time. Excellent. Plane was 1 hour late, luggage took a long time, guy was still waiting there, with name on board. 1000 bht all in Airport to Pattaya, 900 bht Pattaya to airport. Just email your flight details to him etc.

I always use http://www.taxiservicepattaya.com they charge 1200 baht from the airport and 1400 baht from bangkok city (sukhumvit).

I can really recommend their service. Have never had any problems with them, they are always on time and have new comfortable cars.
