If you don%26#39;t mind about the cost, there are airport limousine counters in the arrival hall. Fees may differ according to your destination. Other way is just go outside the arrival hall, you will see a taxi queue counter.

5 of you with luggage will need two taxis, might be worth asking how much for 1 large people carrier. There is always the bus of course but after a long flight do you realy want that aggrovation, you may still need a taxi to the hotel anyway from the bus stop.

We just got back from a trip to Bangkok this month. We are family of 5 and we arranged our transfer to our hotel ahead of time. The cost for a 12 passenger van (which held us and our luggage comfortably) cost 1,000 Baht. It was nice to have someone meet you after customs and help with the luggage.

We also used a taxi to get from our hotel to the airport. Since there were 5 of us we had to use 2 taxis (very efficient service, just not as comfortable). The total cost for 2 taxis was 1,100 Baht.

Either way is good and they both seemed to cost about the same.

Hi mnasf,

Can I ask if you arranged the transfer directly with your hotel or was it through a third party? 1,000baht is a pretty good price. I was thinking of using orientalescape, they charge 1,600 baht for a family van. Thanks in advance!

We booked the airport transfers through our guide (Tong). Each time we arrived at the airport there was someone waiting for us with a sign.

is it possible to have the contact of tong

Thanks

Nuno

Hi mnasf. Where did you book your bangkok tranfer? The cheapest I saw in the internet is 1,350 baht. We are a group of 8 in cluding 1 child. Will be in BKK next month. Hoping for your help.

Thanks a lot.

why dont you get your hotel to quote a transfer rate, and then start from there if its btween 1000-1200 thb nothin like it...which hotel are you stayin at cause airport to sukhumvit was like 350 thb to be exact last i was there....

i have booked with Asiareservations.net for THB 1350. - very efficient booking process but can%26#39;t comment (yet) on quality of service !
